Booked an appointment with them, messaged them to confirm on several of their contacts, I got an email that it was confirmed so I went to my appointment anyway. They neglected to inform me that they moved locations, I had checked their Google maps pin, FB, IG, and even their website all had the same address. I took time out of my day to avail of their service, instead I got my time wasted by negligence. Funny thing is they moved to a location not too far from where I am, so they just lost a potential loyal patron.
